Good luck getting any help from their bare minimum knowledge AI help bot. said it was going to connect me to someone to help, sat there for 20 minutes, you can't navigate away from that chatbox without closing it, no option for someone to reach out for assistance at a later time, no time estimate of when someone might show up in the chat. All I wanted to do was see where points on my account came from. "points balance" is not clickable. "order history" only shows points being used. Janky app.
terrible app. biometrics stops working every month. entering proper password locks me out. this is literally every month. support had zero answers for me other than try another device

I've never had an app make it so frustratingly difficult just to log in. horrible
Cannot log in When i go through the bot prompts there are no live agents available and the bot will not give me access. I lost access because i logged in too many times. But, each time i logged in correctly, so what's the problem. This is a sick app that needs a re-work, do not use. Ohh and where are the physical visa cards????? Now they went all digital. So useless.....!!!!! 8/12/2026 slow live agents and my first live agent left the chat. leaving me with a blocked account
