worst app... not working at all. fraud service
very bad performace if you are the developer plese fix this problem log in not working
waste product, after buying this in few days I stopped working. No proper way to connect with customer care, every time server error.
App stopped working after a few months. Device hardware is fine but without the app it is just a weighing scale.
Not able to login, app say no internet connection. Pathetic experience. Not able to submit a ticket as well due to same issue.
The scale hardware is fine, but the app has been unusable for months. It won't log me in, the OTP never arrives, and support hasn't responded. All my body-composition history is now locked behind an app that can't reach the server. I decided to build a custom application of my own - Search "Actofit health dashboard ascendra" on google and you should be able to get to the application.
