Easy Connect

this app is now very slow to connect to the aircon. also it continues to be disconnected from Alexa and google after a week or so

Continues to intermittently fail with Google home devices. Constantly needs deletion and reconnection to Google home. Now it's decided I cannot reconnect. When it works it's great, but when it doesn't it's very frustrating.

When it works, damn it works well!

just works great alot of options and features. can have multiple ppl in same house on their phones. gives temp summary straight up.

New UI is terrible, much slower and now fails to connect frequently.

Great app 4 my new r/c air-con. I have a Samsung Galaxy & this app works fine except the schedule function.

such a great app, having the features to set the air conditioner up however you want it, plus turn on and off from where ever you are makes the house comfortable when arriving home, it's fantastic, all for 200 installed.

Unusable on my android

I have found the app quite useful, but it would benefit from a guide/help function, to introduce/explain what the app can do and what specific icons/functions are and can do. My other 2 suggestions for improvement are: 1 - a toggle to keep sound and LED set to reduced by default. 2 - a toggle to prevent the unit switching modes when it overshoots the set temp (undoing the work it has just done) - I'd rather it just sit idle/switch to fan only!

the app is ok, but you can't use the sleep function on it, it doesn't work
