Absolutely god awful application, doesn't save guides in progress. For 600€ a year you can spend more time than it takes with a word processor to make troubleshooting guides, I will recommend to all my clients to avoid this platform and anyone who uses this like the plague. A poor attempt at innovation, in an attempt to bring legitimacy to Italy's tech sector. What a joke
