Detox My Life is an ingredient checker AI scanner that looks at the product itself — no barcode, no database to miss, and no ingredient panel required. Point the camera at the shampoo, the dish soap, the cooking oil, the candle, the kids' sunscreen, the non-stick pan, tonight's dinner. It reads the panel when there is one, and when there isn't it works the rest out from the brand, the kind of product, or what the thing is made of — and it always tells you which. Then it works out how you're about to use it (a bottle of canola on the counter is about to be heated; a pump lotion stays on skin) and researches every ingredient for that use. EVIDENCE YOU CAN CHECK, IN THE LENS YOU CHOOSE Every flagged ingredient carries a plain-English claim, why it applies to this use, and live sources you can open. Claims are sorted into three tiers: • Consensus — regulatory action, systematic reviews, major-body positions • Emerging — peer-reviewed but contested, recent, or animal and in-vitro work • Fringe — hypotheses and commentary, labelled as not consensus and shown with the other side Pick your lens: Mainstream, Cautious or Based.
