The app is slow and does not give information correctly. There is no method of notifications of ordered products. No customer support agent nor an automated Bot. I ordered medicines and it took payment and post which there's no update neither an agent connected

Sent an email to the app developers to point out a glaring oversight in the registration process - no Ms option. They responded within a couple of hours with a very courteous apology and promised to amend the problem post-haste. Even for this reason alone I strongly recommend this app. This is what professionalism and great customer service looks like. Keep it up, Script!
