MiniMate

MiniMate is the mobile companion to the Advantage Route's ServQuest application, built for route sales, delivery and service drivers. It puts the day's schedule, customers, products and tickets in the driver's hand, and keeps everything in step with the office through sync. Run your route • View the day's schedule and customer stops, with one-tap navigation to the service address • Look up customer details, contact information, billing and service addresses • Browse products and pricing loaded from the office Create and complete tickets • Create new tickets or work from pre-loaded orders • Add items by search or barcode scan, with each/case quantities, lot tracking and notes • Handle equipment installs and pickups, meter readings and service calls • Record no-delivery visits with a reason • Capture customer signatures and attach photos as proof of delivery • Calculate sales tax and apply pricing and promotions automatically Payments • Record payments against tickets • Use saved customer card profiles for card payments Print on the spot • Print invoices, receipts and reports to • Works with a wide range of printers, including Zebra (CPCL), Intermec, Honeywell Fingerprint, O'Neil and ESC/POS models Load, check and end of day • Load the truck and have loads checked in • Run physical counts and end-of-day adjustments • Log break times • View and email daily reports Stay in sync • Work through the day with data stored on the device, then sync tickets, payments and status updates with the office MiniMate needs an active Advantage Route account.
