Won't work. It shows the splash screen (nice!) then crashes. Repeatedly. Until Android throws a message about it.

will not open, keeps closing

No problems with this app. Seems to work fine whenever needed.

It's hard to navigate and takes too long to get on.

After using for over a year, this app needs someone to monitor regularly. Suggest the following: 1. Review at least weekly and remove outdated posts. 2. Resident info is very limited. Consider adding room numbers, contact numbers and photo.

This app works great. You need to call the concierge service to log into your account the first time. They were very helpful.
