Very poorly designed app for an otherwise very well designed air purifier. Please spend some time and resources improving this app so that it works properly and looks like a modern app.
Schedules don't work reliably. Sometimes a schedule says it's active but the purifier settings don't match the schedule settings. Can't set one schedule to start at the same time a different schedule ends... have to leave at least 1 minute between. While troubleshooting the schedules, I tried deleting and readding the purifier to the app. The purifier successfully reconnects to wi-fi, but the app just spins trying to re-add the purifier to my account. It eventually times out.
UPDATE: Air Oasis customer service is AWESOME! Thanks for the follow up call and info! 06/2026:The app is not working. Won't connect to the devices. (2025): Their Customer Service was very responsive and helped me get the app to connect. Just in case anyone has difficulty connecting the app and the suggestions they provide in the app don't work, try turning your mobile device off, then on.
Device connects to WiFi but never completes "Provisioning" and doesn't show up in device list..

does not function
Does Not Function Well... Can't adjust settings from the phone. WHERE IS THIS COMPANY? HELLO? Please fix it as this was a HUGE reason to have wifi enabled. If it doesn't work, then it should have the option to turn OFF wifi or not have wifi at all.

When it works it works great, but I either have to unplug the units and plug in again or reinstall the app every other day for it to work.
