Share your screen and sound with AirPlay-compatible receiver apps on Android.
Share your Android screen on a bigger display with AirPlay Sender. Open an AirPlay-compatible receiver app on your Android TV or another Android device, connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network, and choose the receiver. Approve Android's screen-sharing prompt to start. Simple controls • Whole-screen sharing is ON by default. On Android 14 and later, turn it off to let Android offer a single-app capture. • Sound is ON by default. Turn it off before connecting if you only want to share the screen. • Whole-screen sharing opens your home screen after connecting. During mirroring, Sender shows the connection and Stop control. • Return to Sender or use the ongoing notification to stop sharing. Free to use AirPlay Sender has no subscription or in-app purchase. It includes banner ads and a full-screen ad that may appear when you return after at least one minute of mirroring, at most once per session. Ads are hidden during a connection to an AirPlay Touch receiver that advertises a paid purchase. Free or trial receivers do not enable this benefit. Before you connect • Both devices must be on the same local network. A receiver app is required on the destination device. • Screen mirroring works on Android 7 and later. Playback audio sharing requires Android 10 or later, and the source app must allow capture. • Sound may be delayed. Protected video and some apps may block screen or audio capture. • Use an AirPlay-compatible receiver app on Android, such as AirPlay Touch or AirMirroring. Mac, iOS, Apple TV, and HomePod are not supported; identified Apple hardware is marked unavailable. Your screen and playback audio are sent to the receiver you choose on your local network. They are not uploaded to us. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand app usage and crashes; Google AdMob provides advertisements. See the privacy policy for details.
