Total Disappointment. Their most expensive device stopped working right after their limited warranty period. And they are refusing to replace it. After investing heavily on this ecosystem, this approach is unacceptable. These are not cheap Chinese thermometers but advanced and expensive devices. I don't suggest anyone to spend their money on this brand.
This app does not support sharing access to the device with another user. This is a pretty basic feature for most smart monitoring/security apps. I created a new account for another user, added the device, but it reset the device and all the data! I also no longer have access to the device from the original account. There was no warning that would happen. So now I have lost all my air quality data which was the sole purpose for buying the view plus.
I'm giving an honest review here. I bought an Air thing corentium 2 last winter. after 3-4 months it stopped working saying I had to contact support. which I did, and the support guy (Don) was awesome through the whole process of troubleshooting and sending a replacement. now the replacement worked fine for 5 months full (mid May to mid October 2026) and now it says "CONTACT SUPPORT" Again. at this price point I expected at least a reliability of 3 years. I don't want to contact support anymore

Solid app. Never had an issue, not stuffed with advertisements or marketing notifications. does exactly what I'd expect in a well designed and easy to use UI.
can't trust the app graph values and I can't get an answers from the customer support.

Poorly designed. This app is designed to communicate via Bluetooth to the airthings radon monitor. Why it needs to be connected to the internet to do this I do not know. We had a power outage and I wanted to check radon levels and I could not because there was no internet connection at the time. If all you are doing is reading data off of the device why do we need to be connected to the internet? in order to get a reading I constantly have to play with it.
