Compared to competitors, they ask an absurd amount of questions and require endless documents. Many of their questions don't even make logical sense. The account opening process is ridiculously slow.
Warning - Avoid at all costs! If you thought Airwallex meant instant, seamless transfers, think again. First you transfer money from your bank to theirs, and then you face a 10-day process of endless emails begging them to move your money into your own account. Only then, does it go through. Don't expect automation; expect to chase them just to get your own funds.

DO NOT USE – Unlawfully holding funds Airwallex is withholding over £6,000 of my money for 6+ months with zero response from support. Emails are completely ignored. If you run a business, stay far away—they will freeze your funds and cut off all communication. Reporting to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
terrible app experience, crashes and breaks and reinstalling breaks your account
kept making me see how many things are in the pictures and most were very blurry
really bad. don't waste your time with this service.
