Find nearby Bluetooth signals, save devices and compare their signal strength.
Misplaced a wireless earbud? Earbud Finder helps you search for detectable Bluetooth signals nearby and shows currently connected audio devices. Compare signals as you search Start a scan, choose a device and follow its observed signal strength as you move. Bluetooth Low Energy readings are shown in dBm. Supported connected audio devices may also provide controller readings, depending on the Android version and hardware. Units depend on the signal source. Signal strength does not provide an exact distance or direction. Keep your devices together Save devices and give them a name, colour or photo so they are easier to recognise. You can also explicitly choose an audio connection for a saved device. Review local records Last seen shows recorded observation or contact times when available. Mark a device as Found and review its history on your phone. Optional tracking records observed connection and disconnection times for your chosen audio connection. The app does not record coordinates. Play sound on a supported connection On Android 16 or later, you can play a sound when the selected device is connected and is the current media output. The app checks the predicted output and actual playback route first. Sound lasts at most 5 seconds and you can stop it at any time. This feature is not available for every detected device. Choose tracking and alerts Supported audio connections can provide an optional alert after confirmed connection loss, with tracking active and Android notifications allowed. Observation gaps do not prove that a device is lost. Core features stay free Choose light, dark or system appearance. Optional Google Play purchases remove covered ads; core features remain free. Compatibility matters Detection needs a powered-on device broadcasting a detectable signal and the required access on your phone. Powered-off devices, earbuds inside a closed case and devices that are not advertising may not appear. Compatibility varies by model and state. The app does not provide GPS tracking of earbuds, exact distance or direction, or battery readings.
