The data upload needs to be done very quickly.
appointment issues are very poor. No appointment can be done through the app. Only phone can be used for the purpose. Drs. lists are not complete. Groups are not arranged properly. Example: Cardiologists names not found in one place and so on. The app has been launched without proper care.
This hospital does not provide proper heart treatment under the Ayushman Card scheme. They claim the full amount from the Ayushman Card and still ask patients to pay extra after the treatment. The hospital staff also behave rudely. Please choose a better hospital for quality treatment and professional care.
Disappointing App Experience I am very disappointed with this app. The doctor search feature does not work properly, and many doctors cannot be found even when searching by name. The category search is also unreliable and often fails to show relevant results. For a leading hospital, I expected a much smoother and user-friendly experience. Compared to the Narayana Hospital app, this app feels outdated and lacks important functionality. I hope the developers improve the search system,app performa
