Doesn't work on the lock screen. Keeps disappearing and resetting my count. What's so hard about storing in on disc?

Edit: the developer was correct and very helpful. Updating to 5 stars. I'm leaving my original question below in case someone is looking for troubleshooting issues in the future - Thanks for help. I can't believe that I missed that earlier. I purchased the pro version but it is still locked in the app. How do I fix that?

"locked in"? Not sure what you mean. But if I were to guess you might have both the free and paid versions installed, which could be confusing. If that's the case, uninstall the free version.
