Poor connectivity. Non responsive often even when inside the house.
Great to be able to be notified of alarm problems when away and able to troubleshoot from my cellphone!
App was fine at first but it now sucks and doesnt work at all it wont even open for me wish i could give half star 🙄

Arm/Disarm does not actually arm/disarm alarm
It's great app, simple but useful.
Sometimes it takes me like 4 or 5 times to actually get logged in. When I click the app and select the account the entire app shuts down, usually multiple times.
