many functions don't work on Android. The iOS version is much better.

Great service...

Core functionality broken on Android for simple, easy to fix UX changes. e.g. uploading a photo on a work order. impossible on Android because you can't click the check mark in the top corner. it needs to be moved out of the corner slightly.

"at your service" no longer works, but they did fix the work orders section to make the work.

They moved at your service text to in app and now it doesn't work.

The app doesn't work for the door as it's supposed to. I get notifications and when you open it, it's not always there. It has potential but it needs a lot of work.

Such a pain to use. I can't even submit work orders since the buttons are under the notification bar and the bottom navigation bar. Literally useless app. Stop forcing people to use apps to mine our data and go back to basics.

Paying the rent is now monopolized by Bilt. cannot attach pictures to work orders because buttons to upload are behind the notification bar. This kind of app is an embarrassment for the tech industry. makes me want to go back to checks and paper requests.

Tons of bugs, esp. in the android version. Someone could vibe code a better app in a casual evening, so it's hard to avoid the conclusion that this is total apathy or gross negligence.
