Playback feature is buggy. If I try to pause or fast forward to a different time in the video, the app crashes.

App doesn't stay connected. I have installed & uninstalled to no avail. Is there another app that doesn't keep going out ? I have been trying to install my cameras for a while. When adding the device, it does all of the downloads to search for the camera, and then it says that my device can't be found. Wuts up wit that? Is it an update problem or wut ? Is there a number for support?

worked for years on my old phone. I updated phones, and clearly, that was a mistake. The app crashes instantly now

doesn't work I got a new phone and it give me altec smart 2. it doesn't give me the regular old altec smart app. and now my cameras are useless.

As many others are experiencing the App is closing unexpectedly prompting clear cache, which done repeatedly. Unable to use as the previous older app
