Hey Caleb, Android rolled out some updates that pushed the buttons you needed off the bottom of the screen - Sorry about that we picked it up and rolled out a fix as quickly as we could after noticing! We've rolled out even more updates since, we'd love for you to give Keepd a try and let us know your thoughts & how we can get that 5* 🤩
If you don't use the app after a week from installing it you have to sign up for the app again. waste of time.

Hey Tom, you only ever need to create a Keepd account once! We also have a 'Remember me' option that makes logging in super quick & easy if get signed out. It sounds like the issue might be with your actual device settings and not the Keepd app itself! We'd love for you to give Keepd a try and let us know your thoughts & how we can get that 5* 🤩
Overall, the email service is outstanding—I genuinely enjoy using it and find it superior to competing platforms. Unfortunately, the mobile app recently began malfunctioning, without warning. I was unable to update my external email, my notes vanished entirely, and I couldn’t create any new ones. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact support—both via the dedicated support email and the in‑app form—have gone unanswered, which is why I’m forced to give it only one star.

Not worthy for price of admission
I believe there was a cost to this app and also I couldn't get it to work properly because I forgot the code to access the files I had stored in it. Plus I think this app was being written in the UK and it was sort of hidden for me at first and I felt it was sort of sneaky.

Hi Desire, You'll be pleased to know the Keepd core tier is free forever. This gives you access to ALL of Keepd's feature along with 150mb of storage free forever. Keepd is from StayPrivate. We are proudly based in the UK but give our Keepd users the choice of which of our regional servers they want to store their data when signing up online.
Very difficult to set up account, especially with the captcha , which I correctly identified several times, but when I hit the submit button to complete the account setup it said verification with captcha required, but there was no way to get back to it without starting over. It's taken over 12 attempts in 3 weeks. Now I'm stuck trying to send my first email to myself. The screen acting like it's frozen and won't do anything when I hit send. I have 5 bars of signal. Hi there Chas, Sorry to hear that you've had a hard time signing up. Our mobile apps don't require/use Captcha when a user signs up. Or any issues using any of the Keepd features please pop us an email at support@stayprivate.com or use the support request feature in the apps and one of our team will be happy to help!
This app is very suspect. For some reason it appeared top of play store list for the fastmail app. This is nothing more than credentials harvesting. It needs deleting from the app store.

StayPrivate is a legitimate email service, offering an organized, private, spam-free alternative to the existing email solutions currently available (like Gmail, Outlook, FastMail, etc). User privacy is core to what we do. We don't harvest user information. And we never sell your data or serve you ads – your data is yours and yours only!
I sent an email thru your website several days before I tried this app. Zero response. So what would make me think that you'd respond now. I didn't have any trouble signing up. I had trouble coz ya app didn't work at all. My initial rating stands... Avoid.
