it's shocking how such a terrible product just keeps getting worse
the app is very slow to respond
not very user friendly
it is insane the way alexa works. it is not worth the money. it is such a waist of money and time. DONT BUY THIS STUFF
the Alexa echo 5 is a lot more intuitive than the Google home smart speaker
Horrific UI, poorly laid out and has the unpleasant habit of forgetting my routines. You need to do better Amazon

always ready to help me and it works
My Alexa is very the informative. I know she's always listening. I don't even have to say her name and she will start talking. what I love the best of Alexa is my Amazon prime music. I had two Alexis in my house. I'll have to do is say her name and what song and she will play it.
A few days ago the app on my phone lost all connection with the shopping list I build by asking my echo dot to add things to the list. I had used it this way for years. Same thing on my wife's phone, so it is an app issue. Nothing changed with the account. It is now worthless for us.
