please fix this app it's getting annoying i had to keep putting my password or number to sign in and it doesn't sign me in

I just downloaded the app and can't even get pass the credit report link. I keep getting error messages. Is there a way to apply without having to use this app?

I've had positive experiences with the people I have spoken to with the app but the log in process leaves a lot to be desired. I am unable to add a passkey and have had to verify my phone and email every time I log in.
