The cube, unfolded into circles. Turn a ring, bring every colour home.
Orbis is a twisty cube puzzle laid flat. The cube is drawn as overlapping circles: every coloured dot sits where two circles cross, and turning a circle carries its dots round with it. The whole puzzle is in view at once, with no camera to fight.
Underneath, it is the real thing. Each circle is one layer of a cube and each turn is a real face turn, so a 3x3 in Orbis is the same puzzle as the one in your hand, and a method you already know still works.
NINE PUZZLES, 94 LEVELS
• Start with a two-piece 1x1x2 and work up to the full 3x3
• Cuboids along the way: slabs, towers and dominoes like 1x2x3, 2x2x3 and 2x3x3, each with its own rules for which sides turn a quarter and which only a half
• Levels grow from a single turn to a deep scramble
TURN IT YOUR WAY
• Drag along a circle on the board, or tap the turn pad under it
• Half turns on the cuboids that need them
• The middle slices join the pad from level 11 of each pack
HELP WHEN YOU WANT IT
• A hint shows every turn from where you are to solved
• You start with three hints, kept from level to level. Run out, and a short video gives you three more
• Undo and reset are free and unlimited
NO PRESSURE
• No timer and no way to fail
• The game counts your turns and keeps your best
• Plays offline, no account needed
Orbis is free. Ads appear between levels and in a small banner, never in the middle of a puzzle. Two optional one-time purchases, each doing one thing: Remove ads takes away the banner and the ads between levels (the video for hints stays), and Unlimited hints means the hint button never runs out (the ads stay).
