Anomalous Phenomena

Anomalous Phenomena is an evidence first educational app designed to help users document, save, and explore unusual observations with clarity, structure, and contextual understanding. The app is built around careful documentation rather than conclusions. It allows users to record what they experienced, when and where it occurred, and under what conditions, while providing optional educational context from publicly available data sources. The goal is not to identify or verify events, but to support responsible observation and informed exploration. Core Features Document sightings with precise time, location, and environmental context Attach photos or videos as supporting evidence Choose public, anonymous, or private visibility for each sighting Save sightings to a simple, flat list you can revisit at any time Review and manage your sighting history in one chronological view Explore patterns and geographic clustering over time Contextual Data and Educational Information Anomalous Phenomena provides optional contextual information to help users better understand the conditions surrounding their observations, including aviation activity, weather conditions, satellite and known object data, and distance, timing, and relevance indicators. All contextual information is educational and probabilistic only. The app does not verify events, identify objects, or determine authenticity, origin, or cause. AI Assisted Organization Some optional features use AI as an assistive tool to help summarize, organize, or highlight similarities between observations. AI output is informational only AI does not provide conclusions or verification Media is processed by AI only when the user explicitly chooses AI is used to support clarity and organization, not decision making Privacy and User Control User privacy is a core design principle. Full control over sighting visibility including public, anonymous, or private Camera, microphone, and media access only when you choose Location used only while the app is in use Secure cloud storage for submitted content No sale of personal data Users may browse, document, and manage their information with transparency and control at every step. Designed for Responsible Inquiry Anomalous Phenomena is intended for users who value careful observation, documentation discipline, and educational context. It avoids speculation and sensationalism, focusing instead on clarity, transparency, and respectful exploration. If you have ever looked up and wondered what you observed, without jumping to conclusions, this app was built for you.
