Atome will notify user ONE DAY before due date, if you missed the payment you will be charged with a hefty late fee. while most credit cards notify user up to 2 days, late fee can be waived but atome generally cannot be waived, I'm most likely avoid using it in the future

been using atome for so long and suddenly can't link account to taobao app when contacted atome, simply ask to contact taobao.. when contacted taobao simply ask to contact atome.. which is which????

Rubbish app. Last time able to split into 3 payment yet now need to pay 90% first totally ridiculous

my atome account has been used for some transcation which i didnt purchase any items from that platform. email to the customer service.. ask me give details and email back to the same email. but it bounce bk.. didnt work. somemore no contact number to call. but they can chase u for the late payment. ask them for the help with those unknown transcation.. they told me they cant help. i understand from them that ..they do not have any office ..they only work from home... its ridiculous..

I already swap to a credit card and I dont have any outstanding bills. one of your support people told me to try considering lowering the amount of my purchase. its not like I can tell the retailer to lower the prices of their product? Whats the point of promoting 3 monthly installment when you are going to charge the first month so high. it should be divided equally. so many reviews and yet nothing has changed. no wonder so people are leaving atome.

Suddenly I need to now update my profile and it's asking for details such as my incomes tax notice, my CPF contributions etc. Why would you need these? You are not a credit offering facility and you did not need this all this while. No. Not gonna use Atome anymore.
