if i want to book a seat for tomorrow the suggested time is starting from current time (e.g. 6pm) to 8pm, so i have to manually change it, when i do - app freezes. i can't book seat via app unless i do it in morning. extremely annoying!

Why do you need to track your users location, even when not using your app? According to EU's Exodus Privacy, your app uses ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION, what for? Also, any opinion on the sudden, convenient and suspicious sudden influx of 5 star reviews that didn't leave any message?
