Fire hazard and the customer service is good awful. It's always ran hot but the plug recently blew up and smoked. I waited days for someone to get back to me and because of their slack jawed responses it was days between replies. they eventually sent me a GENERIC PLUG FROM CHINA which damaged the control box because it couldn't handle the power. It's not worth the risk of they literally don't care about your safety, avoid them.
Unbelievable. Worked perfectly fine until this latest update now will not connect. We all need a refund cause this is just a joke. Have some thing thats supposed to be cool. but is useless now. absolutely crazy they would break their own product through a update. many upset customers you have now. Way to go HyperCube. Way to go.
Ugh. I didn't want to leave a 1 star review, but the freaking pyramid that I paid $300 and waited a year for requires me to reconnect it every time I use it. The same issue everybody's having. Get it together guys and get us a fix. UPDATE: The pyramid is dead. It lasted less than 3 years sitting on a table that it never moved from and being used less than 30 times. Do not buy from this company.

It sucks!!!! Big time! The update still have connection problems! It was great at first (the update) had all three of my cubes working, now it's back to the same old stuff under the old software version not connecting or having problems connecting!! Did an uninstall /install same old problems. Arrrrghhhh! Need another better software update /upgrade!!!

God this app is horrible! Doesn't work half the time and when it works if you have 2 or more devices it randomly turns on sync all by itself when you want it off. This app is the only bad thing about an otherwise awesome product it doesn't control. just lowered it to one star. Now the app tells me all 4 of my devices are offline! Totally useless app!

you could fill a book with the difficulties, vexing bad design choices, and agonies of this app. 5 years later, everything about this app remains punishing and screwed up in myriad ways. Still like the cube, just not worth hassling with the app even thru a spare old phone dedicated as a controller to the cube

It never works consistently and I can't use my very expensive hypercube :/. I bought two of them also!
