they still my money is more then 6 days and I have a quick pay the manager a have call me after delivery ask me to lower my rate I told no so she turn call off and suspended my account and never answered me and never pay me for any load this have to be make a complaint to fmsca.gov use then MC number the lady therer already now this company and it will be suspended in usa so if you have any money ask to be paid and don't get loads anymore

Hi, it appears this review is regarding a payment issue with a broker, rather than 123Loadboard. Load payments are handled directly between carriers and brokers, and 123Loadboard is not involved in those transactions. That said, we’d be happy to help however we can. You rarely get any hotshot on here for cargo vans/sprinters. Most loads are for bigger transportation. If you decide to pay for the premium like I did and have a cargo/sprinter I would not recommend.

While 123Loadboard specializes in large freight, we do have opportunities for cargo/sprinters depending on broker availability and market conditions. We’re always working to add more brokers and expand the variety of loads available.
123 loadboard is one of the top places to find loads.

I regret paying for this load board. No loads, cheap loads, rude brokers. I won't recommend it to any carrier. I'm glad my subscription ended and I deleted the app. Don't use it.
