After this experience, I will never get any tests done at your lab again. I have called you multiple times and explained that my report is urgently needed for my cancer surgery tomorrow, yet you have failed to provide it on time. This level of irresponsibility and lack of concern for a patient's medical emergency is completely unacceptable.
Terrible experience. Booked test for 7:30 AM. Got a call at 5:50 AM saying that the slot has been rescheduled to 6:30 AM. Then I got multiple calls one after the other for rescheduling. They should plan this a day in advance rather than disturb people so early in the morning. This happened 2/2 times recently. sent email to their helpdesk but the email is unanswered even after a week. called their customer care number and got a complaint number but no resolution provided even after 2 weeks.

good hospital
Booked thyroid, CBC and lipid profile tests together. it was convenient to get everything done in one visit at home rather than going to different centres. Reports were also available online, which made it easy to share them with my doctor.
