Cannot sign in with password given to me. Changed it numerous times and finally gave up on it. I can only get the most basic info without being signed in.

I would love to rate this app but i cant seem to get anyone to tell me how to obtain a user name. I was sent a generic password but was told to contact my rep for credentials who evidently isnt famous for responding back to calls, txts or emails so still in the tail chaseing state but coming up on the giving up exit. My company spends thousands upon thousands every year here. I am trying to get a way to gain access to program and set controls for my clients, a couple that have been waiting for aw

This is an incredibly user friendly app with all the information I need at my fingertips. I wish I had had this when I was actively working as an ATP.
