how do we connect with support?

I was literally just contacted by a requiter a week ago. Not entirely sure how long this app has been in business but it doesn't work. It's been 3 days, I've done everything uninstalled and reinstalled and yet I can't get past uploading a picture and my permissions are on so it's not my phone. I have read multiple reviews and from 2020 til now you guys still haven't fixed your app, it's literally the same complaint so if you can't fix it, just take it down, it's a waste of your time and ours.

Put my account on a 7 day suspension because I "missed" a shift that they assigned me for 45 minutes AFTER the shift start time. I was not awake at this time, and think it is extremely unfair.

They lied and told me to download the app because there are jobs available in my town. Lies, the only jobs are around Detroit of course. It took a while to set up profile

Doesn't work. won't move. Doesn't give work! No way to contact anyone about app! Not even a one star!
