I've had a subscription and used the app a lot, appreciating it, but now that I installed it on my new phone, it refuses to open at all and crashes.

So promising. Yet so broken. the entire experience is disappointing from contacting support pre-purchase to using the app in the first 2 minutes of installation. It's so broken yet full of so much promise.
