it's not an app or a startup it's just a scam. If you are still using this app after looking at so many negative reviews then only god can help you
fraud app ...do not take subscription........ never send Walker... I took subscription.. give my money back
Doesn't even deserve this single star, hopeless app wondering how it's existing still, walker did not turn up at the assigned time,and they do not inform about it as well,had to wait for the refund to be done by giving them reminders to do it. Total waste of time. They just use your contact details for marketing purposes,looks like that's all they are here for,absolutely no use from the app.
I paid for a weeks walking service. They platform didn't assign a walker. Not even one walk done and my plan was cancelled. Have no idea if I will get a refund or they will be able to deliver the service. There is no way to get in touch with the platform but the chat service. No one responds to queries when you raise a ticket through the chat. My suggestion, stay away from this app.
scheduled walks for a week . no walker assigned and I paid the amount upfront. keeps on rescheduling. zero customer support. money is lost. no contact number to even share grievances. and now, they have removed the order from order history as well

Worst experience, only 1 booking is accepted in every 10 booking but all bookings are prepaid,there no very few dog walkers and nobody accepts,it gets automatically canceled and refund takes very long time.
The dog walker didn't come. No communication from their side. Better services out there.
App is well made, but their service is horrible. I booked an appointment for dog bath. While booking it dint give any issues, but then the groomer never showed up... And when I raised a complaint that's when they informed me that there is no groomer available. Should this not be checked before giving booking? And now it has been 3 days.... I am yet to receive my refund.

Unbelievably bad service.! The groomer came 3 hours late, didn't have anything that resembled professional equipment, and haphazardly shaved my dog down to the skin when I asked for a level 2 trim. Absolutely rough handling of my dog. I clearly asked the groomer to keep water away from my dog's ears as he is prone to ear infections, but the groomer just splashed water all over his head and face with a hose.

this is a scam app. I booked a trial for a week. no one came and there was no way to contact the walker. tried raising two tickets but no response.
