I like the game every time I clear board it's says UPDATE before the next level but it doesn't update it goes right back to the next level

I used to love playing this game. I use use to play every day for 3-4 hours. then one day, I wanted to play again, and now it says difficulty technical difficulty can not enter the game. I love this game. Why can't I play again. I want money too is it that why you took my game away because I won a little bit of money. I would love to play this game again. Please fix it.
