Terrible applications. NWS uses it to send messages one way messages that are confusing with no way in the app to get additional information. For example they sent different airline departure times to 3 people on the same reservation. The application information is incomplete. They withhold airline booking information from customers. We are unable to even call the airline directly to sort through their confusing information because they will not provide airline specific booking information.
