The app has always worked just fine until Apple did what they always do which is play in people's face. Apparently they've decided that certain devices and platforms will no longer be compatible with the app...which renders the app useless. At least they are consistent in their shenanigans

I can't get it to install on my android cell phone anymore. I was able to install the app about a year ago and now I can't. it says my phone isn't compatible now. How us that when it was a year ago? Everything is updated on my phone. Pure trash this app is.

terrible
The Beats app needs an option to turn off the LED indicator lights on the headphones. My Beats Studio3 have two white lights, one each side, that stay illuminated during use. Even with noise cancellation turned off, the power button light stays on. The lights are distracting, especially in dark environments next to my sleeping wife. A simple setting to disable the LEDs without affecting headphone functionality would be a great improvement. It's disappointing that such a basic feature is missing.
this app is essentially useless apparently according to Apple customer service the locate my beats tab is a fake page pretty mush they told me that the beats themselves cannot be tracked if lost it is just your phone that is tracked through the app so I guess if you want headphones that you can actual locate if lost buy a different brand and avoid apple
