Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is their delivery fare calculation. They charge based on the rider’s current location, rather than calculating the distance from the actual pickup location to the delivery location. For example, if the rider is 5 km away from the actual pickup location and my home is only 1 km from the pickup location, they charge me for 6 km. This does not seem reasonable. Other delivery/ride apps like Uber, Ola, and even Swiggy generally calculating differently
