It's not a bad app for what it is. It has an uncluttered view of all five parts of the sequence. A textual description would have been nice, of course. And if you're not watching the video, the "stepped" animation is so jerky as to be mildly nauseating. The additional content for purchase, the prior Beautiful Capoeira content, and handstands, is all jerky frames and very little description or guidance.
