Their rates are too high I shouldn't be paying over $300 and I'm on a payment plan

Map of outages doesn't work (not even remotely accurate). During an outage, the manually zoomed map doesn't show actual outage area but a huge (150-200mi range) defined area which is inaccurate. Signs you out all the time - therefore the app will never alert you to outages or bill due dates, plus it's annoying!

it's easy i like it that i can pay it on line
very simple and easy way to pay my bills. even able to do it sick 🤧
Very nice to make the payments at anytime you want.
if you need help with your bill in 2 weeks Action Agencies will pay off 1000 or less. my 500 balance was definitely paid Alhamdulilllah
