this app is not working
Service fee : 15 rupees for 1000 deposits. It's totally disappointing. If we deposit money in a govt wallet, the government will benefit the income without interest and you (govt) pay interest to us instead of asking us the service fee . If you don't change this, no one will add money in the wallet and will move to a private bus application. I hope you understand. Please remind me after removing the service fee. I won't use your app until then.

Dear APSRTC Team, APSRTC has an advanced tracking system, but it is unclear why it is not being effectively used to ensure that buses operate on time. In many cases, buses do not arrive according to the scheduled timings. Some drivers leave much earlier than the scheduled time, while others arrive very late. This causes significant inconvenience to passengers who depend on the bus timings for their daily travel. Kindly take this issue seriously and ensure that the tracking system is properly...
