Hand Café is Jordanian Hand, the classic rummy card game, offline: play the computer on your own, or team up in Partner Hand, two against two. The coffee-house card game on your phone, played the way it is played at the table, with no internet needed. HOW IT PLAYS • 106 cards: two decks and two jokers. 14 cards each; the starter gets 15. • Draw from the stock, or take the last discard if it starts a new meld. • Lay down runs (same suit in a row) and sets (same rank, different suits). • Your first meld of the round must be worth 51 points or more. • Once you are down, lay cards off on any meld and swap jokers out. • Go out first for −30. Put your whole hand down in one turn, a "Hand", for −60, and everyone else's points are doubled. • Lowest total after 5 or 7 rounds wins.
