Irsaal Rider is the companion app for delivery riders working with businesses that already use Irsaal. It turns each day’s round into a clear, practical workflow: who is next, how many 19 litre bottles to deliver, what the customer owes, and how many empties to bring back — all recorded at the door. IMPORTANT Irsaal Rider is not a customer ordering app and has no public sign-up. Rider accounts are created by the business office in the Irsaal admin panel. YOUR ROUND, IN ORDER • See today’s stops with customer name, address, bottle quantity, balance and booked orders. • View the same round on a map with pinned customer doors and stop order. • Get directions, distance and estimated travel time, then open your preferred maps app for turn-by-turn navigation. • View door photos to identify the correct customer location. AT THE DOOR • Record bottles delivered, empties collected, damaged bottles returned and extra items sold using quick, rider-friendly controls. • See a live invoice calculated using each customer’s agreed price. • Record payment as cash, online or on account. • Keep bottle movements and customer balances as the round progresses. • Print receipts to supported 58 mm or 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printers. • Share invoice PDFs through apps such as WhatsApp or email. NEW CUSTOMERS Add a new customer while on the round. Record their details, assign their route, enter bottles handed over, pin the exact door location, add a door photo and create an invoice before leaving. This helps the office start with an accurate customer record from the first delivery. END OF DAY • Review a daily ledger showing billed, paid, part-paid and unpaid customers. • Track bottles delivered, empties collected and bottles still held by customers. • Record round expenses such as fuel, repairs or other day-to-day costs. • See the cash amount expected to be handed in after recorded expenses. • Submit daily cash and empty-bottle handover. • Missed settlements remain highlighted until completed. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Irsaal Rider is designed for places where mobile coverage is unreliable, including industrial areas, villages, basements and building lobbies. The app keeps the rider’s round available on the phone, calculates supported deliveries locally and queues offline actions. Pending records are sent when connectivity returns, with safeguards designed to prevent the same delivery from being billed twice. ENGLISH AND URDU Choose your language from the first screen. Urdu uses a complete right-to-left interface with Nastaleeq styling, while customer names, addresses, invoice numbers and other office-entered details remain exactly as recorded. VOICE GUIDE The optional voice guide can read the current screen aloud and listen for spoken instructions. It can help when a rider’s hands are occupied or reading the screen is difficult. If speech services are unavailable, the rest of the app continues to work normally. Voice input is optional. FITS YOUR BUSINESS The office controls which rider features are enabled from the Irsaal admin panel, including standing delivery schedules, security deposits, customer-owned bottles, door photos and rider assignment. Changes can take effect in the rider app without reinstalling it, so each business can keep the rider workflow matched to its own operations. PERMISSIONS • Location — used while the app is open for rider position, route guidance, customer-door location and delivery location. Irsaal Rider does not request background location. • Bluetooth — used to discover and print to supported thermal receipt printers. • Microphone — used only when the rider activates the optional voice guide. • Camera and photos — used when the rider chooses to photograph a customer’s door or set a profile picture. Irsaal Rider requires an active Irsaal business account and a rider login created by your office.
