Open Pages, Numbers and Keynote files on Android. Save as PDF or Excel.
Got a .pages, .numbers or .key file on WhatsApp or email and nothing on your phone will open it? Pages to PDF opens it in seconds and turns it into a PDF or an Excel file you can read, print and send.
These files come from Pages, Numbers and Keynote, the free office apps on every iPhone, iPad and Mac. Android cannot open them on its own. This app can, with no account and no upload.
PAGES TO PDF
Open any Pages document and see it as it was made: photos, tables, columns, headers and footers, text boxes and page backgrounds. One tap saves it as a PDF with the same pages and real text you can search and copy.
NUMBERS TO EXCEL
Open a Numbers spreadsheet and see every table. Save it as an Excel file (.xlsx) with each table on its own sheet, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or WPS. Or save it as a PDF, every table on A4 landscape.
KEYNOTE TO PDF
Open a Keynote presentation and see every slide with their titles, bullets, pictures and backgrounds. Save the whole deck as one PDF to read or print.
OPENS FROM ANYWHERE
• Tap the file in WhatsApp, Gmail, Telegram, Google Drive or your Files app and pick Pages to PDF
• Or open the app and choose a file
• Works with Pages files zipped as folders too (.pages.zip)
• Recent files stay on the home screen, one tap to open again
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
Your file is opened on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, there is no sign in, and it works with no internet at all. That matters for CVs, contracts, invoices and school work.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Apple's own fonts are drawn with the closest matching font on your phone, so a few lines may break in slightly different places
• Password protected files cannot be opened yet
Free, with ads. Free PDFs carry a light "Pages to PDF" mark on each page: watch one short video and it is gone from that PDF and your next one. Or buy Pro once for no watermark and no ads, for good. Excel files never have a mark.
Pages to PDF is an independent app. It is not made by or affiliated with Apple. Pages, Numbers and Keynote are trademarks of Apple Inc.
