I purchased Samsung galaxy 25 ultra and they deliver me Korean product not Vietnam and it's looks not good battery drain fast and I try to reset my password it's won't by Extra app .

extremely unprofessional service firstly they don't assign the technician and when he arrives the repair is identfied and repair takes forever and it will be your mistake to buy anything from them.

It Seems, if you want to buy any Home Appliances from any store from Madinah, you should know Arabic. otherwise just do window shopping and walk out, because no one will help you there. All staff are Arabic speakers only. very disappointed.

i asked extra help support about what size Ac is enough for my room 4x3m.it recommended 1ton i bought it and now it is not enough it is not making the room cold and now they are not exchanging the Ac for a bigger size.I tried custoner care and talked to everyone they said if it is installed now it cannot be changed ..i was misguied by extra.
