conection problem! very bad 👎

Can't get the screen to fit the resolution on my chrome book to see the instructions when first opening the app. Have similar issues with other apps and Chromebook sadly
did every step there was to reset the device and it never connected
I was able to get my device a s u e r otoscope connected to my Android phone but I could not get it to take pictures.
very poor app
I suggest that anyone who needs a great ear tool ,this is the one
not working since Android 14
