Bad experience. purchased the mock test package but did not receive it in my portal at all. requested many times asking for a refund or even updating into the portal but till to date purchased tests not given.

Very good application for pte practice
I have not been able to sign up. Whenever I try I get the notification that request is being processed, please try again after sometime. I have been trying for 3 days now. Please rectify the issue
Worst experience ever. all the good reviews are fake.
App login now work i show message like "Request is prosesing, please try after some time" i didn't know whats problem.
great application
I downloaded the app and it worked once, but now I'm trying to open it on my Android Smartphone to access the website tools for practicing, however the app open in a blank page. I tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. I can't even find a trouble shooting or any way to make it work. I have an Android and I used to study using this app in the past, but I'm very disappointed now, because it's AI tools is very good and I wish to practice tasks using it.
