you have to rescind the code everytime instead of using the code that is already generated when you log in just more work than needs to be

Thanks for the feedback. Codes change every 30 seconds by design, so an old one can't be reused. How often you're asked for a code is decided by the service you log in to, not by the app. Many services offer a "remember this device" or "trust this browser" option at sign-in, which cuts the prompts down.

I switched phones and can't get to work now and it is for my job I don't know what to do to get it back I've tried everything

Sorry for the trouble. If the old phone still works, open each account → Edit → View QR Code and scan it on the new phone, or restore a backup via Backup/Restore → Restore Data. If the old phone is gone with no backup, your work IT team can reset 2FA for you. Email info@binaryboot.com and we'll help.
