it should be free.
total rubbish you have too pay and it's advertised as free too use. I don't see why we should have too pay a thing to recover our own programs etc it's just all about taking people's money also make it impossible to get customer service dispute or cancel I am challenging with credit card company and filing a complaint

Did NOT Work as advertised and then proceeded to take 11 DOLLARS PER WEEK until i worked out how to unsubscribe. Appears to be a scam - BE CAREFUL
