worked as should
I bought two devices and had to return them both. they were both already paired to other vehicles.
useless
To use the app, you must provide a serial number and password. Neither are provided, so the app is basically useless.
Did not work as described for my Chevy Traverse. Had options in the instructional video that it did not have in the software. Software takes forever to work and feels like it might be data mining. I don't know, but I'm not sure why it should take 5 minutes to scan for a VIN number. Couldn't get it to work and returned.

Didn't work for me on 2016 Ford Focus with smart key
The app works, and does what it's supposed to do. But it is FAR from intuitive. It's clearly been developed by someone whose first language is not English, and whose forte is not UI/UX. It's difficult to figure out what to do, but if you look at Clare Spurr's review from 2025, she has steps that detail how to go about programming keys. So 5/5 for functionality (worked on two new keys, first time for each) but 2/5 for app design.
