CompareOpen in Google Playevery time I've come there's been a machine that doesn't produce what it says it should so just unplug it so I don't keep wasting money for the 4th or 5th time on these machines other than that no complaints cuz I haven't had to load any money and I can get to use their stuff off of the free spin rewards all the time.

Scammed out of my money, set up app, created account, bought car wash through app and scanned QR code at car wash got a beep of confirmation and app said thanks for coming without the car wash turning on. Ended up going to another car wash.
annoying that you have to use an app for the vacuum, and especially in my case where after it took so long to setup, the vacuum didnt even work.
The washes good. The app is cumbersome. And the free spin thing is a scam. I've spun everyday now for a month and have never won anything other than the first day. says you can wash multiple cars with your one account but that kind of isn't the case. In order to use their "family" it's an extra 20 dollars per person. Would be a reasonable deal if you didn't have all the extra fees. not really sold as of yet.

trying to cancel 1 of auto wash agreements & I can't get to it and no one will answer phone at location!! nothing about system works!! not user friendly at all. VERY POOR!!!

was excited at first...then the app has a pop up with every option you click on so super annoying. then the location i went to charged me a $20 hold with no disclosure on top of the prepaid 13.99 for the wash which was a bust cause half the services in the bay didnt function including the graphene rinse I paid extra for. then the vending machine said a microfiber towel was $2 but charged me $6. and going on 3 hrs with no email back from CS. furious.
