you can't even use the feature of this app. you cant econsult, cannot book, cannot request. just infinite loading, useless.

Load super slow. Hassle logging in because it will need verification code everytime you open the app. I cant even put my biometrics anymore. Super hassle when you need the service ASAP. Now the screen just load and I cant choose a service

I was registering my biometrics then the OTP they gave me locked me out. I don't have an option to request one and the app automatically inputs the one on my email. I was on queue for teleconsulting and the only way to submit a ticket is to log in. I am severely unwell which is why I am using the teleconsult option, however, I now have to go to the hospital on my own.

not accessible and very poor service. The approval takes too long, it requires waiting for more than 1hour even during an emergency.
